Also if you pre-order you get the preppers pack, which includes a SUV, a gun, and a folding axe. Returning players can download the game digitally from the xbox store or from steam for 30% off. But still no word on a co-op mode which everyone has been screaming since its first release. State of Decay: Year One Survival Edition will be drop on April 28th 2015.
