Remember when you played with LEGOs as a kid? Remember how it was cool as hell to create original stuff, like convertible aircraft or a dope raygun? Now people are creating actual working automobiles out of them! But LEGOs are always rooted in childhood affections. Superheroes go hand in hand with that, so when I say this geeked me out, I truly geeked TF out!

As a huge Superman The Movie fan, seeing someone recreate the iconic Fortress of Solitude from the 1978 classic film blew my mind! Professional Artist, Jessica Ferrell spent a 160 hours to complete this incredible recreation of the Man of Steel’s home. Its all there, the crystalline superstructure, Lex Luthor’s sled with Ms. Tessmacher, General Zod, Non and Ursa as well! Its amazing what someone can manage to do with LEGOs with some patience and a grand vision!
Head over to Ms. Ferrell’s DeviantArt page and see her other amazing works, including a recreation of the famous Lost Valley from original Tomb Raider game!
