These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the Culture Junkies online store at culturejunkies.net. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colors and image placement may vary slightly because of screen settings, garment manufacturing, sizing, and printing processes.

Products may be produced either in-house or by a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Availability is not guaranteed, and we may limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order when an item is unavailable.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Payment is processed through the payment methods presented at checkout, including PayPal and any eligible PayPal-supported payment options. Culture Junkies does not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing or descriptive error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We will contact you if an order requires correction.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation means we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or shipped it. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory problems, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or another reasonable operational concern.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Customer information

You agree to provide current and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Please check your address carefully before completing an order.

Address-change requests should be sent promptly to [email protected]. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed once production or fulfillment has begun. Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs when an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

Shipping and fulfillment

Shipping estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless Culture Junkies expressly states otherwise. Orders containing both in-house and print-on-demand products may be produced in different locations and delivered in separate packages.

Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, damaged-item procedures, exclusions, and refund timing are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Return requests should be sent to [email protected] before mailing an item.

Intellectual property

The Culture Junkies name, logos, original artwork, page designs, photographs, text, and other site materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without permission from the applicable rights holder.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or grant reproduction, resale, or commercial-use rights.

Acceptable use

You may not use this website to:

• Commit fraud or submit false information.

• Interfere with the website or its security.

• introduce malicious software or automated attacks.

• Scrape, copy, or commercially exploit site content without permission.

• Violate applicable laws or another party’s rights.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Culture Junkies is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or its products.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Culture Junkies’ total liability for a product claim will ordinarily be limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms periodically. The version displayed when an order is placed will govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
